LOCAL BANKRUPTCY RULES
O R D E R
The following are the Local Bankruptcy Rules of the United
States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland. These Rules supplement the Federal Rules
of Bankruptcy Procedure in effect on May 1, 1999. These Local Rules shall be applicable to
proceedings pending on May 1, 1999, and govern all proceedings in bankruptcy cases thereafter
commenced and, insofar as just and practicable, all proceedings in bankruptcy cases then
pending.
These local rules may be cited as "MD LOCAL BANKRUPTCY RULES."
